In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to our Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Savit Technologies in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or £100 (one hundred pounds sterling), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by uninstalling our applications, discontinuing use of our website, or requesting account deletion by contacting us at support@savit.tech.

Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
